“Each of my paintings, like a photograph, captures a moment in time-- the light, a glance, a roller skate ride, an expression. But, in the series of photos leading up to that moment and following it, there’s a whole story that adds so much to the painting. That’s what inspired me to create photo mosaics, to reveal the narrative behind the painting.”
